protection of privacy
Legislative Decree N. 196 dated 30th June 2003, called "Code for the
Protection of Personal Data" provides for the protection of persons and
other subjects regarding the processing of personal data.
The treatment of personal details of the website (http://www.casamassimadrsabino.com)
will be in line with the principles of fairness, transparency and protection
of one?s personal privacy, in explicit compliance with the aforementioned
legislation.
In accordance with article 13 of legislative decree NR. 196/2003 we inform

Right to access to personal data and other rights
The individual has the right to obtain confirmation whether personal data
concerning him exists or not, even if it has not yet been recorded, and its
communication in an intelligible form.
The individual has the right to obtain information concerning:
- the source of the personal data;
- the purposes and methods of handling;
- the logic applied in the case of handling carried out with the aid of
electronic instruments;
- identification information of the owner, of the individuals responsible
and of the designated representative as per article 5 section 2;
- the individuals and categories of individuals to whom personal data may be
communicated or who may become aware of it as designated representative in
the territory of the nation, of responsible or assigned individuals.
The individual has the right to obtain:
- the updating, correction or, when in his/her interest, the integration of
data;
- the deletion, the anonymous transformation or the withholding of data
handled in violation of the law, including that for which conservation is
not required based on the purpose for which the data was collected and
subsequently handled;
- the certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b)
above have been communicated, including their contents, to those to whom the
data were communicated or issued, except if this requirement is impossible
to fulfill involves means which are clearly not proportional to protected
right.
The individual may object, wholly or in part:
- for legitimate reasons, to the handling of personal data, which concerns
him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose for which it was collected;
b) to the handling of personal data which concerns him/her for the
forwarding of advertising material or direct sales, or for the market
research or commercial communication.
